What HSK 1 asks of you
A full HSK 1 paper, rebuilt to the official HSK 3.0 blueprint: same sections, same order, same clock. Sections run one way, so once you submit one you are done with it.
- Reading pace
- 20 questions in 20 minutes for 100 of the 200 points. That is about 60 seconds a question.
- Listening
- 20 questions in 12 minutes for 100 of the 200 points, and each clip plays twice and never rewinds.
- Vocabulary it draws on
- 300 words, the list HSK 3.0 sets for HSK 1. Every question is written inside it. CEFR A1.

How you are scored
All 40 questions have a definite answer, so the whole paper is marked the moment you finish and all 200 points are free.
A plan adds content at this level rather than marking: a fresh paper on each attempt, drawn so questions you have already seen do not come back.
Your result comes back as a band against the 120 / 200 to pass line.
