Compared with HSK 6, the prescribed vocabulary rises by 5,000 words to 11,000, the CEFR band moves from C1 to C2, a translation (written) section is added. On the paper itself, true or false, sentence ordering and short answer appear for the first time, sentence gap-fill drops out.

What HSK 7-9 asks of you
A full HSK 7-9 paper, rebuilt to the official HSK 3.0 blueprint: same sections, same order, same clock. Sections run one way, so once you submit one you are done with it.
- Reading pace
- 47 questions in 60 minutes for 110 of the 300 points. That is about 77 seconds a question.
- Listening
- 40 questions in 30 minutes for 90 of the 300 points, and each clip plays once and never rewinds.
- Writing load
- 2 tasks in 55 minutes. The standard expects practical writing, expositions, argumentations and specialized papers of considerable length.
- Translation
- 2 passages in 35 minutes, worth 40 points. No other HSK paper has this section.
- Vocabulary it draws on
- 11,000 words, the list HSK 3.0 sets for HSK 7-9. Every question is written inside it. CEFR C2.

How you are scored
167 of the 300 points are marked the moment you finish, for free. The other 133 sit on 18 of the 91 questions: Short answer ×14 for 33 points, Short composition ×2 for 60 points and Translation ×2 for 40 points. Those have to be read rather than matched against a key.
Marking that open work is what a plan pays for, on every paper. Your first one is free with a confirmed email, and a paper is graded once, so its marks are final.
HSK 7-9 has no published pass line, so your result comes back as an estimated HSK 7 / 8 / 9 band instead of a pass/fail score.

Each turn is recorded once, timed like the real oral test, and AI-graded on holistic 高 / 中 / 低 bands. Typing works as a fallback. Part of the With Speaking plan.
